Justin Belton

Justin Belton is an experienced housing development professional currently serving as the Manager of PHDC Housing Development at the Urban Redevelopment Authority of Pittsburgh since January 2019. Previously held roles at the Pittsburgh Housing Development Corporation include Project Development Manager and Project Development Specialist. Justin also contributed to the Pittsburgh Community Reinvestment Group as a Project Manager, focusing on capital and engagement plans for the Community Acquisition and Rehabilitation Loan (CARL). Experience extends to public service as an Executive Ally with Public Allies and a Project Manager for the City of Pittsburgh, where electronic equipment analysis was conducted to improve procurement strategies. Justin’s early career includes developing neighborhood property analyses and promoting sustainability initiatives at West Virginia University, where a Bachelor's degree in Geography with a focus on Urban and Regional Development was obtained.
