Talia O’Brien possesses extensive experience in community development and government affairs, currently serving as a Government Affairs Analyst and Neighborhood Business District Program Analyst at the Urban Redevelopment Authority of Pittsburgh since February 2022. In this role, Talia designed and manages the Avenues of Hope Grant Program, which allocates approximately $7 million to support vulnerable neighborhoods.
