Frederick Mollenhauer

Frederick Mollenhauer began their career in 2015 as a Working Student Business Development and Internship Strategy & Business Development at Ventoro GmbH. Frederick then moved to SI Labs GmbH in 2016 as a Business Designer. In 2017, they joined Joblift as a Product Manager. In 2018, they joined Pivotal Software, Inc. as a Product Manager where they consulted and worked collaboratively with Fortune 500 clients on cross-functional and co-located product teams. In 2020, they moved to VMware Tanzu Labs as a Senior Product Manager. Finally, in 2022, they joined PowerUs as a Product, building the #1 career platform for skilled blue-collar workers.
