Farah Allen

Farah Allen is a seasoned professional with a diverse leadership portfolio, currently serving as a Board Member for PowerZone Group Technologies Corporation, focusing on the strategic vision and ethical applications of advanced wearable technology. As an Advisory Board Member for Silicon Valley Bank’s Catalyst 2045 initiative, Farah promotes increased representation and funding for underrepresented innovators. With extensive experience as CEO of 360 Global Management and the founder of The Labz, Farah has driven innovation in technology consultancy and immersive experience design. Additional notable roles include founding Comcast’s The FARM cohort, active participation in the Accelerate Program at ATDC, and advisory contributions to NAMM's college music program. Previous experience includes consulting for Delta Air Lines and leading The Allen Group, LLC, specializing in modern technology solutions. Farah holds a degree in Architecture from Florida Agricultural and Mechanical University and has pursued PMP studies.
