Bob Peterson

Bob Peterson is the current VP of Functional Excellence at Powin. Prior to their current position, Bob was the Vice President of Global Operations & Engineering at Carlisle Fluid Technologies from January 2019 to September 2021. In this role, Bob was focused on creating a pipeline of market driven new product development and enhancing customer value with Factory 2.0 or IOT technology. Bob also deployed teams to 4 global technology centers in the US, Europe, China, and Japan.

From March 2016 to June 2020, Bob was the Vice President of Global Operations at Carlisle Brake & Friction. In this role, they developed a Global Operations and Supply Chain strategy that would allow the company to scale with highly volatile customer demand profiles, while improving Operating Income to > 20%. Bob had global responsibility for 5 sites and 750 associates operating in US, Europe, Japan, and China.

Prior to their time at Carlisle Brake & Friction, Bob was the Vice President of Operations at Renaissance Lighting, Inc. from September 2008 to June 2010.

Bob Peterson has a BSBA from Bowling Green State University in Production and Operations Management.
