Emily Palmer

Emily Palmer currently serves as the Manager of Characterization Test Engineering at Powin, overseeing the characterization and reliability testing of Energy Storage Systems for a diverse array of battery types. Prior experience includes roles as a Reliability Engineer at Apple, where Emily managed reliability programs for multiple product lines including Apple Watch and AirPods, and as a Failure Analysis Engineer at Microsoft, providing support across various hardware development programs while driving root cause analysis and corrective actions. Emily's expertise is further complemented by an internship at Microsoft focused on adhesive characterization and production optimization, and an undergraduate research assistantship at the University of Southern California, where work involved semiconductor efficiency improvements.
