Laura Adams

Laura Adams is a seasoned project management professional with extensive experience in leading and executing software, hardware, and business projects. Currently serving as a Senior Project Manager at Powin Energy since April 2019, Laura effectively collaborates with executive teams, product managers, and engineers to ensure project alignment with schedules and milestones, while also mentoring junior project managers. Previously, Laura worked at Prodapt in various roles including Scrum Master and Business Analyst Consultant, where skills in Agile methodologies, requirements gathering, and stakeholder collaboration were honed. Laura also has a solid foundation in project management and business processes from roles with organizations such as MOTUS Recruiting and Staffing, and Solomon, Grindle, Silverman & Wintringer, APC. Laura holds a Bachelor of Arts in Anthropology from UC Irvine and has academic experience at Durham University.
