The Human Resources Team at Powin is responsible for managing all aspects of employee relations, including talent acquisition, employee development, and organizational transformation. Led by the EVP & Chief Human Resources Officer, the team ensures the attraction, retention, and development of top talent, driving organizational growth and fostering a positive workplace culture. They support strategic HR initiatives, oversee global talent management, and ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations, thereby underpinning Powin's mission to lead in the battery energy storage sector.
