Brent Gummow

Brent Gummow has a diverse work experience spanning various industries and roles. Brent is currently working as a Senior Product Engineer at POWR, where they lead a team in the development of a payment system for multiple apps. Brent collaborates with the Product Manager and Designer to make crucial product decisions and shape the software's future roadmap. Prior to this, Brent worked as a Product Engineer at POWR, contributing to a complete system rewrite and working remotely from Portland, Oregon.

Before joining POWR, Brent served as a Solutions Manager/Multi-talento at Jimdo, an international SAAS company. During their six-year tenure, they managed numerous projects across Product, Marketing, and Operations and bridged the gap between product capability and customer needs. Brent successfully integrated the company's product with 99designs.com, generating over $1 million in revenue and certifying 1000 designers to work on their platform. Brent also played a pivotal role in launching an English content marketing strategy, overseeing the creation and management of a company blog on Wordpress.

Earlier in their career, Brent worked as an Instructional Designer at the Academy of Art University, where they focused on designing instructional materials. Brent also gained multimedia development experience as a Multimedia Developer at Impact Communications. Additionally, Brent co-owned the Infinite Number of Sounds Recording Company, LLC, where they contributed to the business's overall operations.

Prior to their ventures in multimedia and technology, Brent worked as a Webmaster/Multimedia Specialist at Baldwin-Wallace College and as a Producer/Owner at Karmapoint Visual Media, demonstrating their versatility in the field.
