Cathy Padula

Cathy Padula, MBA, is an experienced professional with a background in finance, administration, and human resources. Cathy currently serves as the Human Resources Director at POWR2, starting in 2022. Before this, they worked as a Business Manager at Organizational Performance Group from 2019 to 2022. In this role, they proactively managed resources, costs, and risks to ensure the firm's profitability. Prior to that, they were the Director of Finance and Administration at Bouyea & Associates from 2018 to 2019.
