Joy Goh-Mah

Joy Goh-Mah is a Senior Fullstack Engineer currently employed at POWSTER since October 2018, with prior experience as a web developer. Joy served on the board of directors for THE NIA PROJECT from 2013 to 2017, a charity focused on ending violence against women. As a Doctoral Researcher at The London School of Economics and Political Science (LSE) from 2014 to 2016, Joy conducted research on organisational behaviour, specifically exploring customer aggression in the workplace using qualitative and quantitative methods. Joy also participated in the Apple Store Leader Programme from 2010 to 2012. Educational qualifications include a Master of Science in Management and Human Resources from LSE and a Bachelor of Arts in English Literature from Durham University.
