Maciej Łopiński

A graduate of the University of Gdańsk. Editor-in-chief of Tygodnik Gdański, journalist at Głos Wybrzeża and Tygodnk Czas. Deputy to the Sejm (the Polish Parliament) of the 7th term. In the years 2005-2010, Secretary of State at the Chancellery of the President of Poland, Lech Kaczyński, and in the years 2015-2016 – at the Chancellery of the President of Poland, Andrzej Duda. Mr. Łopiński has many years of experience in corporate law and corporate governance gained at the supervisory bodies of various companies, including PZU S.A., KGHM Polska Miedź S.A., PZU Asset Management S.A., Telewizja Polska S.A.
