Michał Błaut

Michał Błaut has extensive experience in IT management, with a strong background in leading projects across various industries. At PKO Bank Polski, Michał served as IT Director for both the Sales & Support Applications Department and the Sales Applications Development Division from December 2018 to April 2021. Prior to that, at PZU from January 2015 to October 2018, Michał held the position of Senior IT Manager, successfully implementing a new CRM frontend and leading the SUPERNOVA Program, which involved the migration of 5 million insurance policies without discrepancies. Michał also contributed to the EVEREST Program, managing a budget exceeding PLN 15 million to replace a main policy system. Earlier roles include Team Leader at Accenture, overseeing multiple system implementations, and Designer/Programmer at both Accenture and Volvo IT, focusing on system design and functionality. Michał holds a Master of Science degree in Electronics and Telecommunications from Wrocław University of Science and Technology.
