Patrick Smith

Patrick has a Bachelor of Science in Business from the University of Phoenix and an MBA from Thunderbird School of Global Management.

His prior roles include working for Honeywell International as a Director of Quality Engineering and Director of Technology and Licensing from 2011-2017. Prior to this he spent 14 years in a small Private Equity group where he served as an operation and quality principal specializing in leverage buyouts of growth oriented, later stage, and middle-market companies. He has provided leadership in all areas of transaction execution, working with business partners in deal negotiation, valuation, modeling, transaction management, and due diligence. He researches and review of markets and of specific targets as required, with a deep understanding of the strategic and organic growth opportunities for the prospect.
