Hayley Thomas

Hayley Thomas is the Director of Planning and Performance at Powys Teaching Health Board since January 2013. Prior to this, Hayley held roles such as Assistant Project Director and Service Planning Manager at Hywel Dda Health Board from November 2008 to December 2012. Hayley holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Management from The Open University and has certification in Managing Successful Programmes and P30 Registered Practitioner from APMG. Hayley also obtained a BSc Econ (Hons) in Sociology from Cardiff University.
