Tom Davis

Tom Davis is a Partner at Poyner Spruill LLP, where Tom has been practicing commercial litigation since April 1988. Prior to that, Tom worked as an Assistant Attorney General at the North Carolina Department of Justice from September 1976 to March 1988, representing the NC Department of Transportation in construction contract disputes and condemnation. Before that, Tom was a reporter at the Winston-Salem Journal from September 1974 to June 1976. Tom Davis holds a J.D. from Wake Forest University School of Law and a B.A. in History from North Carolina State University.
