Angora LaShane Ingram has worked for four companies over the past decade. Angora LaShane began their career in 2012 as an Assistant Vice President State Mediations at Bank of America Home Loans. In 2015, they joined Media Temple as a Strategic Partnerships Manager | Agency Relations, Business Development Manager - Amazon Web Services, and Solutions Consultant II. In their Solutions Consultant role, they performed implementation reviews, advocated for new product features, and ensured the prompt and proper resolution of technical challenges. Angora LaShane also contributed to improving productivity by offering client feedback to leadership, improving process and building infrastructure for on-boarding and ongoing support. Additionally, they were a Customer Support - Core Products + VIRB, where they gathered information needed to best handle customer technical inquiries, resolved software and technical concerns for customers efficiently and effectively, and performed root cause analysis and determined appropriate course of action. In 2020, they became a Senior Marketing Specialist at Media Temple a GoDaddy Company. Most recently, in 2021, they joined Poynt by GoDaddy as a RMA/ Distribution Relationship Manager.
