Erica Milgram

Erica Milgram currently works as the Assistant Director of School Age Services at Pozez JCC of Northern Virginia. Prior to this, Erica has gained experience in various roles including Co Director at YMCA of Florida's First Coast, Delivery Driver at Marco's Pizza, and Human Services Intern at Burlington Housing Authority and CitiGate Dream Center. Erica completed their Bachelor's degree in Human Services from Elon University in 2022. Throughout their career, Erica has shown a dedication to assisting in childcare, organizing events and programs for families in need, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
