Samuel Van de Velde

Samuel Van de Velde is a prominent entrepreneur and technology leader, currently serving as Founder and CTO of Pozyx since May 2015, where responsibilities include defining the company's vision and strategy for growth in the ultra-wideband localization industry, as well as managing product development across the full IoT stack. Prior experience includes providing expert guidance as a laureate at Netwerk Ondernemen and conducting research on cooperative localization as a PhD researcher at Ghent University, where contributions extended to teaching engineering courses. Additionally, Samuel held a role as an on-air videogame reviewer at VRT in 2004-2005. Educational credentials include a Master of Science in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from Ghent University and a Bachelor of Science in the same field from Vrije Universiteit Brussel.
