Motasam Alhouni

Motasam Alhouni serves as the Director of Strategic Partnerships & Delivery for IT Consulting Services at TIPS Consulting since December 2021, where expertise in providing high-impact IT talent is utilized. Alhouni also holds roles as a Coach and Facilitator at the IT Executives Pickleball Club and as a Professional Pickleball Athlete for the PPA Tour since early 2023, alongside being a Pickleball & Tennis Professional at Life Time since June 2016. Previous experience includes serving as an Account Executive at York Solutions, IT Recruiter and Account Manager at Infinity Consulting Solutions, and Social Media Manager at ActiFi. Alhouni earned a degree in International Management, Business Administration, and Management and Operations from Gustavus Adolphus College in 2015.
