Shana Melcher

Shana Melcher has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Shana founded and managed Simply Unique Bows, a business specializing in custom cheerleading bows. Shana successfully grew the business and generated significant sales annually. Shana also worked as an Experience Team Director at PEAK Event Services, where they managed project managers and ensured high-quality event execution. In addition, they served as an Event Management supervisor at Courageous Sailing Center for Youth, organizing large fundraising events. Shana has also worked as a Director of Operations at BirdieBox and as a Head Varsity Cheerleading Coach at Boston Latin School Athletic Department. Shana has experience in event planning and marketing at The ALLY Foundation and worked as an intern at Schneider Associates, gaining valuable skills in media relations and client projects.

Shana Melcher attended Suffolk University from 2006 to 2010, where they earned a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration (BSBA) with a concentration in Management. Shana also obtained a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree from Suffolk University during the same period, specializing in Business Administration and Management. Prior to attending university, Shana Melcher graduated from Boston Latin School in 2006, receiving their High School Diploma.
