Jack Lethycien Ilondo

Jack Lethycien Ilondo is a seasoned Electrical Engineer with extensive experience in technical advisory roles and project management in the power and telecommunications sectors. Currently serving as a Technical Advisor at PPC Cement since April 2016, Jack has led significant projects including the design and commissioning of a 220 kV power supply line and optimization of plant instrumentation. Previously, Jack worked at Société Nationale d'Électricité Sa as a Planning, Optimization, and Design Engineer, where responsibilities included feasibility studies and compliance analysis for high-voltage installations. Jack also contributed to core network planning and optimization at Millicom (Tigo DRC), ensuring network quality and performance metrics were met. Jack holds a Master of Business Administration in Finance and Financial Management Services from Unicaf and a Master of Engineering in Electrical Engineering from the University of Kinshasa.
