Operations Team

The Operations Team at PPC Ltd is responsible for overseeing and managing all facets of the company's production processes and logistics. This includes the mining of raw materials, manufacturing of cementitious products, and the supply chain logistics of aggregates, readymix concrete, lime, and other materials. The team ensures the efficiency, safety, and quality of production while aligning with corporate objectives and regulatory standards. Their expertise spans IT operations, production management, plant operations, safety, health, environment, and quality (SHEQ), as well as technical oversight and enterprise systems management.
