Adela Miu

Adela MIU is a seasoned professional in customer experience and project management, currently serving as Head of Customer Experience & Interaction at PPC Energy since October 2023, after a six-year tenure in the same role at Enel România. Adela has extensive expertise in Agile methodologies, particularly Scrum, and has successfully managed scrum teams, facilitated collaboration, resolved conflicts, and streamlined processes to enhance project delivery. Additionally, as Retail Network Project Development Manager at Enel, Adela led the implementation of a new store concept across the country, overseeing project execution, finance management, and real estate negotiations. Prior experience includes roles as Project Manager at GfK and Sociologist at the National Council of Elder People. Adela holds a degree in Sociology from the University of Craiova and is Scrum Master Certified.
