The Operations and Support team at PPC Zimbabwe is responsible for ensuring the seamless functioning of the company’s manufacturing processes and infrastructure. This multidisciplinary team focuses on IT support, network management, health and safety compliance, inventory management, and procurement, while also overseeing equipment operations. By optimizing operational efficiency and maintaining safety standards, they contribute to PPC’s mission of providing high-quality cement products across Southern Africa.
