Andrew Thompson

Andrew Thompson is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in business enablement and IT leadership. Currently serving as the Executive Director of Business Enablement PMO at PPD since July 2021, Andrew leads the PMO and Change Management functions within the clinical division. Prior positions include a focus on digital transformation at CubeMatch Ltd., an interim consultant role at EY, and significant tenure at ICON plc, where Andrew held multiple titles including Vice President of IT, contributing to strategic development and implementation of innovative solutions. Andrew's educational background includes a Professional Diploma in Strategy, Innovation and Change from UCD Michael Smurfit Graduate Business School, an MBA from Dublin City University, and a PMP certification from the Project Management Institute.
