Caroline Halsey

Caroline Halsey is an experienced professional in the life sciences and clinical research sectors, currently serving as the Director of Practical Process Improvement at PPD since January 2022, where responsibilities include enhancing standards, best practices, and performance improvements within the Clinical Research Group. Prior to this, Caroline held various leadership roles at PPD, including Director of Process & System Optimisation, and co-led initiatives at Perficient as the Director of Life Sciences. Caroline also has significant experience in project management and team leadership from previous roles at BioPharm Systems, ERT, Amgen, and GSK, demonstrating a strong background in data management and operational efficiency. Caroline earned a degree in Zoology from the University of Newcastle upon Tyne from 1994 to 1997.
