Getrude Pola has extensive experience in nursing and clinical research, holding various positions at notable organizations. Getrude began as a Nursing Officer II at the MOH/USAID Capacity project from September 2006 to March 2009, focusing on nursing administration and care. Afterward, Getrude transitioned to the role of Research Nurse/Nurse Coordinator at the Kemri-Welcome Trust Programme from April 2009 to May 2016, responsible for nursing care of research participants, drug administration, and patient consent and randomization.
