Graeme Cuthbertson

Graeme Cuthbertson serves as the Executive Director of Medical Communications at PPD since May 2022, where responsibilities include overseeing the technology for Medical Information Contact Centers within the Clinical Research Group, with a focus on enhancing customer experience and reducing costs through automation and AI. Prior to PPD, Graeme held various positions at Thermo Fisher Scientific from January 2015 to May 2022, including Director of IT - Employee Experience, Senior IT Manager, and Senior Systems Engineer, managing site support and SharePoint deployments. Earlier experience includes roles as a Senior Systems Analyst at Life Technologies and Accenture, as well as a Systems Analyst and Graphic Designer at NAB from June 1999 to May 2007. Graeme Cuthbertson holds a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science from Glasgow Caledonian University.
