Karen Bedolla is an accomplished Workforce Analytics Specialist with extensive experience in workforce management and analytics, currently employed at PPD since March 2021, where Karen has progressed through three specialist titles. Prior to PPD, Karen worked at Aura as a Workforce Management Associate and at Teleperformance as a Workforce Specialist, specializing in forecasting and scheduling.
