Kent Buhler

Kent Buhler is an experienced executive in the biotechnology and pharmaceuticals sectors, currently serving as Executive Director at Thermo Fisher Scientific since April 2022. Previously, Kent held multiple senior leadership roles at PPD, including Senior Director of Operations Strategy Lead and Senior Director of Project Management within the Hematology/Oncology division, starting from July 2005. Prior to that, Kent served as Associate Director at Cell Therapeutics, Inc. from 2000 to 2005. Academic qualifications include an MBA in Technology & Information Management from Pacific Lutheran University, an MS in Animal Science with a focus on Quantitative Genetics & Animal Breeding from the University of California, Davis, and a BS in Biology from Portland State University.
