Kristin Sauerhoff

Kristin Sauerhoff is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in quality analytics and management across various industries. Currently serving as the Director of Quality Analytics at PPD, Kristin oversees the provision of Executive Quality Review metrics and risk identification. Previously, Kristin held key leadership roles at Johnson Controls, including Director of Global BMS Quality and Director of Global Quality & Operations Excellence, where responsibilities included global quality leadership and the deployment of quality management systems. Kristin's experience at Yanfeng Automotive Interiors involved leading the professional development of quality roles, while a significant tenure at Kellogg Company spanned various positions, including Senior Director roles focused on continuous improvement, quality design, and consumer understanding. Kristin began the career as a Statistician at Consumer's Union, following a PhD in Animal Breeding & Genetics/Statistics from the University of Nebraska-Lincoln and a B.S. in Animal Science from Michigan State University.
