Shannon Schulz, RD, LD, CPXP

Shannon Schulz, RD, LD, CPXP has been working in the healthcare field since 2003. Shannon began their career at Coram CVS/Specialty Infusion Services as an Infusion Nutrition Support Dietitian. In 2015, they joined Heritage Biologics where they have held the roles of Director of Patient Experience, Patient Experience Manager, and Nutrition Support Dietitian.

Shannon Schulz, RD, LD, CPXP obtained a Bachelor's of Science in Human Resources and Family Sciences with a field of study in Dietetics and Clinical Nutrition Services from the University of Nebraska-Lincoln between 1998 and 2002. In November 2003, they became a Registered Dietitian (RD) or Registered Dietitian Nutritionist (RDN) through the Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics. In October 2007, they obtained their Certified Nutrition Support Clinician (CNSC) certification. In July 2017, they became a Patient Experience Leadership certified through The Beryl Institute. Finally, they are expected to become a Certified Patient Experience Professional (CPXP) in May 2022 through the Patient Experience Institute.
