Previously, they held various roles at Catalent Pharma Solutions, including Supervisor of Chemistry Raw Material and Incoming Quality Assurance, and served as a Scientist II at Pfanstiehl, Inc. Richard began their career as a Chemist at Pharmaserve Northwest Ltd and earned an HNC in Applied Chemistry from Trafford College. With extensive experience in laboratory operations, method validation, and analytical testing, they have developed a strong foundation in technical writing and quality assurance.
