Gretchen Roos

Gretchen Roos has over 30 years of legal experience, primarily with PPG Industries since May 1990, where current responsibilities as Corporate Counsel for Global Ethics and Compliance include providing legal counsel on global investigations, compliance issues under FCPA, and supporting remediation efforts in corporate ethics and compliance matters. Prior roles at PPG included Senior Counsel focused on Compliance, E-Discovery, and Legal Training. Earlier in career, Gretchen Roos practiced as an attorney at Eckert Seamans from 1983 to 1990. Educational qualifications include a Juris Doctor degree from West Virginia University College of Law, completed in 1987.
