Jiancheng Liu

JianCheng Liu is an accomplished technical manager at PPG, specializing in aerospace adhesives since May 2017, and previously served as an R&D scientist focused on next-generation aerospace sealants and adhesives. Prior experience includes a research scientist role at Bemis Company, where JianCheng led product and process development projects related to barrier films and functional materials, while also identifying growth opportunities and validating technical solutions through scale-up trials. JianCheng's academic foundation includes a Ph.D. in Chemical Engineering from the University of Colorado Boulder, where extensive research in polymer synthesis and characterization was conducted, along with a Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering from Dalian University of Technology. Additionally, JianCheng completed a summer internship at PetroChina's Dalian Oil Refinery.
