Joseph Wade Jr

Joseph Wade Jr, MS, SHRM-SCP, currently serves as the Sr. Human Resources Director for Industrial Services in the US and Canada at PPG, overseeing HR activities for 25 plants and approximately 5,000 employees. With a strong background in labor relations, Joseph successfully maintained union-free work environments while negotiating labor agreements with various unions. As a Human Resources Consultant at GP Wade Enterprises, contributions included leading workforce planning initiatives for USAA. Previous roles included senior HR management positions at CVR Energy, Tenaris, Braskem, and ConocoPhillips, where notable achievements encompassed workforce retention strategies, restructuring efforts, and integration of staffing plans. Joseph earned a Master of Science in Public Management and Policy from Carnegie Mellon University and a Bachelor of Science in Psychology and Education from Vassar College.
