Kate Woods

Kate Woods currently serves as the Manager of Data Management at PPG since February 2023, following a tenure at ERIKS North America where roles included Data Management Manager and Data Management Supervisor from October 2017 to February 2023. With extensive experience in data management, Kate has effectively interviewed, onboarded, and guided teams in maintaining master data across various ERP systems. Previous positions have involved significant responsibilities in facilitating programs at Camp Guyasuta and Geneva College, as well as various leadership roles within the Camping Association of the Presbyteries of North Western Pennsylvania. An adept organizer, Kate was also the Events Coordinator for Habitat for Humanity of Beaver County, has built a solid foundation in aquatics management at the Beaver County YMCA, and possesses a Master's degree in Organizational Leadership and Development from Shippensburg University of Pennsylvania.
