Paolo Medici

Paolo Medici is an experienced HR professional currently serving as the Interim HR Manager at PPG Industries since March 2015, overseeing a workforce of over 1000 employees across three dealerships and facilitating various organizational changes. Previously, Paolo held the position of Interim HR Business Partner at Novartis from April 2013 to March 2015, where responsibilities included developing a new HR department and managing employee relations and welfare. Paolo's career began as an HR payroll assistant at Banco di Sardegna S.p.A. in 2012. Academically, Paolo holds a Master 2’ livello in Human Resources Management from Università Bocconi and degrees from Università di Pavia and Université Paris-Saclay.
