Shilpa Pandey

Shilpa Pandey is an experienced Senior Supplier Quality Engineer at PPG since June 2022, focusing on supplier development, relationship management, and quality metrics for PPG Aerospace across nine sites in the US and Canada. Prior to PPG, Shilpa held various engineering roles, including Supplier Quality Engineer at DIRTT Environmental Solutions and multiple positions at JD Norman Industries, Inc., where responsibilities included root cause analysis and PPAP coordination. With a background in quality engineering at Integrated Manufacturing & Assembly and an engineering foundation from Tata Motors, Shilpa's expertise encompasses quality assurance and continuous improvement processes. Shilpa holds a Master of Science in Industrial Engineering from The University of Texas at Arlington and a Master of Science in Automotive Engineering from Coventry University, complemented by a Bachelor of Technology in Automotive Design Engineering from UPES.
