Karen Greco

Karen Greco is an accomplished marketing professional with extensive experience in leadership roles. Currently serving as Vice President of Marketing & Innovation at PPI Benefit Solutions since January 2002, Karen has previously held positions such as Director of Marketing at both Principal Financial Group and MedSpan Health Options, as well as Marketing Manager at Health Net and MD Health Plan. Additional contributions include serving as the Board Communications Chair for the American Marketing Association in Connecticut from December 2017 to March 2019. Karen Greco holds a Bachelor of Fine Arts degree in Graphic Design from Paier College of Art, acquired in 1991.
