Allyson Bunker

Allyson Bunker has been working in the Human Capital Management People industry since 2002, when they began as the Executive Vice President at Payroll People Inc. In 2014, they joined the Board of the Human Capital Management Reporting Forum, where they were a catalyst behind tactical initiatives that strengthened relationships and collaboration between the Human Capital Management People industry and the IRS, Social Security Administration, and Treasury. In 2015, they joined the Board of the NATIONAL PAYROLL REPORTING CONSORTIUM, where they were the designated speaker and presenter representing the Human Capital Management People industry at the federal, state, and local levels regarding labor laws and regulations. Most recently, in 2021, Allyson Bunker joined the Board of the Las Vegas Business Academy as the Chief Scholarship Officer, where they improved the scholarship initiative for current and new students in the MBA program, as well as developed training, leadership, and mentor-ship programs for the organization and each student timely and within budget.

Allyson Bunker has a Master of Business Administration from Western Governors University and has completed additional certifications from JB Sales Training, Go-Lean-Six Training & Consulting, and MBS Management by Strengths. Allyson has also completed courses from Cornell University in Change Management and Hospitality Administration/Management 360, and from Brigham Young University in Human Resources Management. Finally, they have completed a course from University of the Pacific.
