Kyle Duea is the Chief Executive Officer of Anagram International, bringing extensive experience in consumer-focused management and commercial leadership. Previously, Kyle held leadership roles at Springs Window Fashions and Polaris Inc., where they achieved significant sales growth and managed large cross-functional teams. With a strong background in P&L management, marketing, and strategic planning, Kyle has consistently driven results across various consumer goods sectors. Kyle began their career in audit at Deloitte and holds an MBA from the Indiana University Kelley School of Business and a BBA from the University of Iowa. Additionally, Kyle serves as an Independent Board Director at PPI - Precision Pulley & Idler.
