Ashley Vaske, SHRM-CP, has diverse work experience in various roles related to human resources and management. Ashley currently works as a Human Resources Manager at PPI - Precision Pulley & Idler, supporting multiple locations and handling employee relations, onboarding, and training. Prior to this, Ashley served as an HR/Safety and Marketing Manager at Jet Trailers, where they oversaw HR, safety practices, and conducted personnel management activities. Ashley also worked at Doherty Staffing Solutions as a Service Manager, Senior Staffing Specialist, and On-Site Manager, focusing on client retention, recruitment, and leading staff members to optimize service. Earlier in their career, Ashley gained experience as a Direct Support Professional at Exceptional Opportunities, a Youth Specialist at Lutheran Services in Iowa, and an Assistant Manager at Vanity. Ashley'sresponsibilities in these roles included providing care and support to individuals with disabilities, mentoring and assisting youth in treatment facilities, and managing store operations. Ashley's extensive work experience showcases their expertise in HR, leadership, and client management.

Ashley Vaske, SHRM-CP attended the University of Northern Iowa from 2009 onwards, focusing their studies on social work. In addition to their degree, Ashley has also obtained two certifications. In June 2022, they earned the SHRM - Certified Professional (SHRM-CP) certification from SHRM. Furthermore, in December 2022, they obtained the Workplace Mental Health Ally certification, also awarded by SHRM.
