Bruno Perez

Bruno Perez has extensive experience in finance and leadership roles. Bruno started their career at AstraZeneca as a Cost Specialist in 1996 and later became a Cost Supervisor/Plant Controller. In this role, they handled various financial activities and acted as a link between Finance and Operations.

In 2008, Bruno joined Glenmark Pharmaceuticals as a Regional FP&A and Cost Manager for Latin America. Bruno was responsible for budget processes, inventory management, and profitability analysis.

From 2010 to 2012, Bruno worked at SCR-SIBELCO as a Regional Cost Manager, where they standardized cost methodologies and implemented ERP systems. Bruno then became the Regional FP&A Manager for South America, overseeing accounting consolidation and reporting.

In 2013, Bruno joined the Operational Excellence team at SCR-SIBELCO as an Operational Excellence Manager. Bruno conducted financial analysis and business case studies for productivity improvement projects, resulting in significant investments for the company.

From 2015 to 2016, Bruno served as the Group Financial Controller at SCR-SIBELCO, contributing to global consolidation efforts and leading financial analysis projects.

Lastly, Bruno is currently the Head of Finance at PPI - Precision Pulley & Idler since 2020. In this role, they manage all finance aspects for the company.

Throughout their career, Bruno has demonstrated expertise in financial management, team leadership, process improvement, and strategic decision-making.

Bruno Perez began their education in 1995 at Centro Universitário Sant'Anna, where they pursued a degree in Administration. Bruno completed their studies in 1998. Later on, in 2005, they enrolled at FGV - Fundação Getulio Vargas for an MBA in Finance & Controlling, which they completed in 2007.
