Charlie Daugherty

Charlie Daugherty has an extensive work experience history. Charlie began their career at McGladrey in 2004, working as an Assurance Manager until 2010. Following this, Daugherty joined Pella Corporation as an Internal Audit Manager from 2010 to 2011. Charlie then moved on to Osmundson Manufacturing Co., where they worked as a Controller from 2011 to 2013. Daugherty then worked as the Corporate Controller at The Weitz Company from 2013 to 2014. Currently, they hold the position of Vice President of Finance/Chief Financial Officer at PPI - Precision Pulley & Idler, starting in 2014. Prior to this role, they served as the Controller at PPI from 2014 to 2019.

Charlie Daugherty attended Iowa State University - Ivy College of Business from 1999 to 2004. During this time, they earned a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Accounting and Finance.
