Joao Brozoski

Joao Brozoski has a diverse work experience spanning several companies and roles. Joao started their career as the Chief Information Officer (CIO) at Singer do Brasil in 1980 and served in this role until 1998. From 1998 to 2000, Joao worked as the Information Technology Manager at Beloit Corporation, where they oversaw the implementation of an ERP system and managed IT resources for the local plant.

Following this, Joao joined Gerenciamento de Tecnologia e Sistemas Ltda. Gertecsys as the Operations Director. During their tenure from 1998 to 2015, they established organizational structures to deploy services to customers, provided support and consulting for project implementation, and managed the IT divisions, including AS400 (iSeries) installations.

In 2015, Joao transitioned to Brozoski Advocacia, where they worked as a Lawyer until 2017. During their time there, they handled enterprise creation statements, contract writing, compliance rules implementation, and IT contracts and litigations.

Most recently, Joao joined PPI - Precision Pulley & Idler in 2017. Initially, they served as the Head of Information Technology, overseeing all local IT operations, including hiring and mentoring employees, negotiating contracts, and managing network and infrastructure. Later, in 2022, they assumed the role of International ERP and IT Manager, responsible for implementing MAPICS ERP in the local plant, developing procedures, training employees, and integrating various business processes with Global company policies.

Throughout their career, Joao has demonstrated expertise in IT management, ERP implementation, project consulting, and legal support.

Joao Brozoski has a diverse education history spanning several years. In 1975, they obtained a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Information System from Pontifícia Universidade Católica de Campinas. Following this, in 1991, they attended Avraham Goldratt Institute for a short period to study Theory of Constraints. In the same year, they pursued a Specialization degree in Finance, General at FGV EAESP - Escola de Administração de Empresas de São Paulo da Fundação Getulio Vargas. Later on, from 2010 to 2015, Joao attended Pontifícia Universidade Católica de Campinas once more, this time obtaining a Bachelor's degree in Law. In addition to these formal education experiences, they also completed a Solution Sales course at Microsoft, although specific dates and details are not provided. Overall, Joao Brozoski has a well-rounded educational background in various fields of study.
