Monica X.

Monica X. started their work experience in 2008 at BCLC as an Accountant in Casino & Community Gaming Finance. Monica later became an Intermediate Accountant in Budget & Treasury. In 2012, they joined Tetra Tech - Oil and Gas as a Corporate Accountant. After that, they worked at Heli-One as a Senior Accountant in GL in Canada from 2014 to 2018. Since 2018, they have been working as an Accounting Manager at PPI - Precision Pulley & Idler.

Monica X. completed their Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree in Accounting at Thompson Rivers University from 2005 to 2008. Following that, they pursued a Certified General Accountants Association of BC (CGA) Designation from 2009 to 2011. In 2011, Monica X. enrolled in the Chartered Professional Accountants of Canada (CPA Canada) program, where they are currently studying. Additionally, they have obtained various certifications from SFU Beedie Executive Education. These certifications include "ADMC03 - Data Governance: Risk Strategy & Data Privacy" in December 2022, "ADMC04 - Business Intelligence, Automation, and AI" in October 2022, "ADMC02 - Visual Storytelling with Data" in June 2022, and "ADMC01 - Introduction to a Data Analytic Framework" in May 2022.
