Sara Richards

Sara Richards has extensive work experience in various roles within different companies. Sara started their career in 2005 at Pella Corporation as a CRM Marketing Specialist, responsible for managing and improving the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system. Sara also provided CRM training to branches and supported new platform launches. In 2016, they transitioned to the role of Business Development Specialist, Insynctive, where they focused on leveraging customer information to improve sales performance. From 2016 to 2018, they served as Associate Planning Manager at Pella Corporation.

In 2018, Sara joined Vermeer Corporation as a Continuous Improvement Manager, overseeing ongoing improvements in processes and operations. Sara held this role until 2023, during which they joined Gritters Electric, Inc. as the VP/Owner. Currently, they are working as a Project Planning Manager at PPI - Precision Pulley & Idler.

Sara Richards completed their education history from 2006 to 2013 at Peru State College, where they obtained a Masters of Science in Organizational Management. Their major was in Entrepreneur and Economic Development.

In addition to their educational background, Sara also holds multiple certifications. In 2016, they obtained a B2B Eloqua Master certification from Oracle. In 2015, they also earned a B2B Eloqua Masters certification from the same institution. In September 2015, they completed the Impact II: The Next Step in Polishing your Communications certification from Tero International, Inc. In June 2014, they obtained the Impact: How to Speak Your Way to Success certification from the same institution.

Prior to that, in March 2013, Sara completed Project Management Training from Your Clear Next Step, LLC. In August 2012, they earned the CI Team Leader Certification from Pella Corporation.
