Shayne Roe

Shayne Roe has a diverse work experience in the field of IT and finance. Shayne is currently working as the Director of IT at PPI - Precision Pulley & Idler since November 2022. Before that, they held the position of IT Project Manager at the same company from April 2019 to November 2022.

Prior to joining PPI, Shayne worked at Pella Corporation for a significant period. Shayne served as the Finance Systems Manager - ERP from February 2018 to April 2019, where they were responsible for managing financial systems and processes, particularly Oracle EBS. Before that, they held the role of Sr. IT Financial Business Analyst from May 2013 to February 2018. In this role, they supported various financial areas such as AP, AR, GL, Cost Management, Vertex, and Wells Fargo Payment Manager. Shayne also possessed technical skills in Oracle SQL, XML Publisher Reporting, UNIX, MaxL scripting, and Informatica Lifecyle Management (ILM) for data archiving.

During their tenure at Pella Corporation, Shayne also held the positions of IT Manager - Data Warehouse from March 2009 to May 2013, Sr. Business Analyst - Logistics Systems from March 2008 to March 2009, Site IT Manager - Columbia, SC from November 2004 to March 2008, and IT Project Systems Engineer - Oracle from May 2000 to November 2004.

Their earlier experiences include an internship as a Systems Analyst/Programmer at Pella Corporation in 1999 and working as a Computer Support Specialist at the University of Northern Iowa's Facilities Planning Office from May 1998 to May 1999.

Shayne Roe attended the University of Northern Iowa from 1996 to 2000, where they received a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Management Information Systems. During their undergraduate studies, their field of study was focused on Management Information Systems, specifically in the area of General Management Information Systems.

In terms of additional certifications, Shayne obtained the IT Information Library Foundations Certification (ITIL) from AXELOS Global Best Practice in July 2021. Prior to that, in June 2017, they obtained the Oracle E-Business Suite 12 Financial Management Certified Implementation Specialist: Oracle Payables certification from Oracle.
